Description: ARPEC invites signatory contractors to attend an informational presentation on the Training Voucher Program, an employer benefit designed to help offset eligible classroom wage costs associated with approved supplemental training opportunities.
During this presentation, attendees will learn:
- How the Training Voucher Program works.
- How annual funding allocations are administered
- Employer eligibility requirements
- The application and reimbursement process
- Required documentation and deadlines
- Resources available through ARPEC to help identify qualifying training opportunities.
- Types of training that may qualify for reimbursement, including:
- Manufacturer training
- Leadership development program
- Software and diagnostic training
- Industry certifications and other job-related supplemental education
