Description: Explore the essential role of a job site Superintendent who is responsible for overseeing and managing tasks at various types of work sites. In this course, you will delve into the key aspects of effective job site supervision. Learn about logistics management to ensure project adherence to plans, budgets, and timelines. Gain insights into worker and task management, ensuring optimal resource allocation and progress monitoring. Objectives: Upon completion of this class, students will: 

  • Comprehend the fundamental concepts of job site supervision
  • Learn about overseeing projects in accordance with plans and specifications
  • Learn about managing and allocating resources, materials, and tools to workers, while monitoring their progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of safety regulations and protocols, and apply them to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Understand why strong communication skills are critical for all stakeholders

Registration closes: Wednesday, July 15, 2026, or upon reaching max class size of 10.

Attendance Policy: Registrants will receive login information on Monday, July 20, 2026, and will have until Friday, July 24, 2026, to complete the class. Registrants will be required to complete the entire class to receive credit.

No-Show/Cancellations Policy: Please be aware that cancellations made less than two days before the class begins, or failure to attend, will result in a $50.00 fee. All cancellations must be submitted via email to ceu@arpec.org

Continuing education: Participants who attend each course in its entirety will receive a certificate and continuing education credits.

Pricing

ARPEC’s training, funded via the labor contract’s hourly contribution, requires no registration fee or deposit. However, if you cancel within two days before the start of the class, or do not attend the class in full, you will be charged $50.00. If that occurs, that invoice must be paid in full before you can register for future classes. As an employee benefit trust, ARPEC is legally required to be a good steward of the trust's assets.
